Lakeshore Community Services employees serve not only as a representative of the agency, but as role models for the individuals we serve. Extremes in dress, hairstyle, jewelry or cosmetics as well as neglect in personal grooming are inappropriate and unacceptable. Generally, staff's clothing should be comfortable and neat in appearance, as well as clean and free from significant stains. Clothing should be modest and free from derogatory graphics and language. Clothing that is considered by a reasonable person to be overly revealing or suggestive is not acceptable. We encourage the applicant to dress for an interview as if he or she is that role model.
